How is the guy being racist? He even says, "Must not belong to any hate groups, anyone of any race is eligible"... how is he being racist? What, because he said "Mexican drug cartels"? Well maybe... they are Mexican. And as for being sexist? So he said, "(and a few women)", maybe he doesn't expect to take on a lot of women to go battle a drug cartel. Doesn't really seem ALL that outrageous to me.
Now, I'm not saying this isn't a strange request to find in an ad, but I don't think that if the guy's home is being overrun with the drug trade, that he's out of line to want something done about it. He said, "The owners of these homes were told by the Sheriff dept. not to explore their own property because they might come across... thugs who would surely kill them." Told not to explore THEIR OWN PROPERTY! That sounds to me like something WORTH getting "up in arms" over!
I'm just saying, if the guy is for real, then he seems to have a legitimate gripe; so whether you are inclined to support the guy or not, I don't see the need to screw with him. If you screw with him, you're in essence supporting the other side. Which seems pretty low, to me.
Before you write him, stop for ONE MINUTE and put yourself in his shoes. What if that was your home? If you'd support the people taking over this guy's home, then if the day comes that someone invades your property or your home -- say, someone breaks into your house to take or harm what's yours -- then you'd better just sit down and take it, because you don't feel that it's important for this man to protect what's his.
So, come on, even if you don't support the guy, don't hurt him further by undermining his desire to right a wrong.

I think your examples about the "realities of life in mexico" are a little selective you make it out to seem like everyone in mexico wants to come to this country to steal our jobs and our money and violently take over our land to make drugs saying that these are "realitites of life in mexico" is like using the KKK and white supremacists as examples of the "realities of life" in the United States you're using a radical minority to unfairly define an entire population (aka a stereotype)

I'm considering how people of Hispanic heritage feel to be called "violent gang members" of which the majority are "bad for this country" and should be shipped home because it doesn't matter if they suffer as long as WE don't suffer. I'm considering how people labeled as "minorities" feel to have their accomplishments undermined because "they probably went to college at the taxpayer's expense". Hey pat did you every live in mexico? I lived with people who did for over 4 years. There is a good reason why the mexicans are fleeing their country and it’s not just about economics. Liberal people in general don’t even have the stomach or the ability to take an unbiased look into the crime world in mexico. Unbelievably there are even people serving in the US Navy that will not look at these, or have any interest in these hard facts.
Everyone here has two choices pat, knowing there are illegal aliens from mexico walking around with automatic weapons on property in Livermore they do not own. Choice 1 is to have no opinion at all, which is understandable to some degree. 2) People can take a stand and figure out that if the US citizens in Livermore are at risk (reminder here the US Navy should protect the lives of all US citizens) by simply walking their the land they own this is wrong, and any action one takes whether it be talking, typing or trying to form a militia all aspects should be focused on correcting the problem so the US citizens will not be at risk for merely walking their own property. 3) You can defend the Drug Cartels (this includes everyone on this site) but these people fall into one of two categories the first is they are a thug gang members and want the Cartels to get stronger. The second is that the defenders have no idea how grave/dangerous the situation really is this is what you people are.
I have studied crime in mexico and the impacts on life in both mexico and America and I know for a fact if you guys had a clear picture of what any of the Drug Cartels do you would be truly sickened just by the knowledge of having them here on American soil. The links I posted are not selective they are a very strong indicator of how the mexican people live, I suspect this is why they were removed so quickly. If Nicole (or any liberal woman) knew for one second what becomes of many 15-year-old girls in mexico (and this has happed to US citizens that have been kidnapped) at the hands of the Drug Cartel I bet she would breakdown and cry or be sick to her stomach, I cannot print it here because it will be flagged.
Stereotype are sometimes proven facts, that melting pot junk we were taught in school has no merit what you look at crime stats from an unbiased perspective. The liberal media works over time to make it appear as though all races commit the same about of crime. This is not reality not has it been, and when the FBI collects crime stats they merge all the Hispanic crimes with the ones committed by whites. This falsely inflates the white category to make it appear as though the white people commit more crime then they actually do. Every Hispanic gang member is categorized as white if they are caught committing a crime when the FBI takes yearly stats for police depts.
Again not all Hispanics are bad for this country, but from and economic standpoint 90 of the 15 million illegals use more tax money then they give, on top of that they send home some 25 billion every year to mexico, this further hurts our economic situation.
I have taken the time to educate many people on the realities of life in mexico, the people who lived there don’t need this education, it’s normally only the liberal white folks who fall short of the mark. There is a mexican woman on another blog I can put you in touch with she knows life in mexico really well, she grew up there and almost everyday she posts more stats about the crime and shortcomings in mexico. She wants all illegals to go home and unlike the people on this blog she knows the realities of life in mexico firsty hand because she lived there. Just ask me and will be happy to put you in touch with her so she can set you straight. Again ignorance is bliss this woman is working hard to help America and you should too.

I did not say all mexicans ruin this country you said that. I said 90 percent of all illegals from the southern border are a huge drain on America. I went on to say about 50 percent of anchor babies are also bad for the country; many join gangs and commit crime. The majority of legal Hispanics in this country cause no harm at all excluding the anchor babies who are in the eye of the law citizens too. But remember there are over 12 million illegals here now that is a big number of people who are dragging the country down.
Mexico is a slum not only because of the poor economic situation there the lack of education and more importantly the macho culture are major factors. When illegals run across the border at night they bring their often-unrefined culture with them and this creates a big financial problem for taxpayers. The legal immigration process ensures America is not flooded with too many people who need more help then they can pay for in taxes, this is vital to keep a strong vibrant economy.
Not everyone who disagrees with my views about the Drug Cartels are complete haters of America. I would not expect normal citizens to want to risk their lives to root these people out. But if people want to comment about these cartels they should at the minimum know how dangerous they really are. The people on this blog like I said before the people on this blog “ have no idea how grave/dangerous the situation really is”. Finally, I'd like to offer my sincere apologies to Adrian for turning his comment board into an arena for irrelevant political arguments. I know it would be far more practical to do this on another site, but it really bothered me when this guy decided to start personally attacking all the posters and commentors on here. I did not say all mexicans ruin this country you said that. I said 90 percent of all illegals from the southern border are a huge drain on America. I went on to say about 50 percent of anchor babies are also bad for the country; many join gangs and commit crime. The majority of legal Hispanics in this country cause no harm at all excluding the anchor babies who are in the eye of the law citizens too. But remember there are over 12 million illegals here now that is a big number of people who are dragging the country down.
Mexico is a slum not only because of the poor economic situation there the lack of education and more importantly the macho culture are major factors. When illegals run across the border at night they bring their often-unrefined culture with them and this creates a big financial problem for taxpayers. The legal immigration process ensures America is not flooded with too many people who need more help then they can pay for in taxes, this is vital to keep a strong vibrant economy.
Not everyone who disagrees with my views about the Drug Cartels are complete haters of America. I would not expect normal citizens to want to risk their lives to root these people out. But if people want to comment about these cartels they should at the minimum know how dangerous they really are. The people on this blog like I said before the people on this blog “ have no idea how grave/dangerous the situation really is”. Pat how many hours have you spent reading about these Mexican Drug Cartels, or watching documentaries about how they operate? What do you know to be a hard fact about these cartels? I’m betting you know almost nothing, and yet you think its fun to send fake emails to someone who wants to put a stop to it.
The reference to the Navy was for the other blogger, he told me he was in the Navy, if this is true the oath he took to protect this country may not mean much to him. Yes I know Navy = sea and I also know a fair amount about ICBMs, HARM missles, DU munitions, and some bio stuff too.

1) Most black people are thieves.
2) The vast majority of gang members in Ca are Hispanic.
3) Most high value embezzlement cases involve white people.
4) Black people are far more likely to commit crimes against whites than whites against blacks.
5) Hate crime charges are almost never brought against suspects that are not white.

Level of rationality? Sounds fantastic right that the FBI would do such a defying thing. Just drop this into Google “FBI crime stats white Hispanic” and take your pick, if this is not enough proof for you send an email to the FBI and I’m sure they will give you some lame excuse for why they are doing this, the bottom line is they do it.
Go to the Press Democrat online, go to the rant and raves comments section and look for the user name mreiman. Ask her who she is, where she grew up and why she posts so many negative articles/links about mexico. Be forewarned Pat some of the folks on here will blindside you with many facts and you will not have much to say in defense of your views. If you spend even 15 hours on this blog chatting with others you will be fully educated about the situation, I promise it will be and eye opening experience.
As far as the typos go, I know I usually catch most of them but many I see after I have posted, and this forum does not allow me to edit after I have posted. In the grand scheme of things this does not really bother me too much, I know you are getting the message even if I happen to leave out a word here or there. As far as punctuation goes I do the best I can. I try not to take up too much space within my brain because we all have only a limited capacity, so I only remember the really important things.

The "US Navy" comment was directed against me. Apparently, I'm betraying my oath to this country by refusing to lend credibility to someone that wants to form some paramilitary group and take justice into his own hands...without (so far) a single, decent shred of evidence that justice even needs to be served in this case. I don't think Militia Guy realizes that it's people like him that scare the living daylights out of law enforcement in this country (or maybe he doesn't remember Waco, Ruby Ridge, the Unabomber, and Timothy McVeigh).

It did not good...however, if you'd like to read it, this guy's rationale makes for a GREAT lesson on how NOT to argue. It's pretty amusing.
Also, the whole "Hispanics are white" argument is stemming from his own ignorance. Hispanics are (sometimes) classified as Caucasian in racial classifications. Whites are also classified as Caucasian. If we think back to our SAT logic puzzles, this does not mean that all Hispanics are white. However, in reading this guy's many diatribes, I doubt he took the time to view any of his information through a lens of critical thinking.
Lastly, even though I swore I wouldn't respond anymore (apologies again to Adrian), I've read your little forums on the PressDemocrat (or as you like to call it the PressDemo"crap"...clever...), and (surprise surprise) none of them had an argument that was in any way more convincing the manure you've been spouting. All just more of the same. Good luck with your militia, sir.
