Craigslisting: ONION-TRAINER™

  • kslane · 4 months ago
Now all you have to do is get a mechanically-inclined friend to rig up an Onion Trainer, and this will truly be an epic Craigslisting

She forgot to leave her address! Thinking about just mailing one ONION-TRAINER™ to every pet store in Bucks County, PA...

I... aren't dogs allergic to onions? Or maybe that was the point. Too many layers of irony on the internets these days for me to keep track of.

    Layers, huh?

That person didn't say anything; you did all the work and it was really just silly, IE not funny. Maybe try a little harder to involve the other party? I didn't think this site was about saying absurd things to strangers because you can.

And i like this site exactly *for* that reason. Saying absurd things to people (strangers) because you can. I found this highly entertaining for the bizarre-ness of it all. Well played! Im guessing Kim from Marketing didnt get back to you. Shame...

Me and Kim have a complex relationship going way back. I think she just couldn't get back to me because it was too painful for her to remember the failure of TINY-TOILERS™

Is anyone else baffled by the statement that the ONION-TRAINER gag might work well for "more submissive pets"...?
  • Abraham · 4 months ago
yes, that was the one funny thing about the exchange
